The Chicago White Sox have $87 million worth of payroll for the upcoming 2026 MLB season. 

The Los Angeles Dodgers have an estimated payroll of a whopping $410 million. That's more than the combined payrolls of the White Sox, Cleveland Guardians, Miami Marlins, Athletics and Tampa Bay Rays combined.
