Edgar Quero's walkoff
The fans got this one right. Edgar Quero's walkoff home run against the Cubs was voted Moment of the Year for the regular season.
There was no moment more electric and surprising than seeing the unlikeliest of heroes win the series for the Sox.

Loving this White Sox trend
With today’s hire of Matt Roffe from the Milwaukee Brewers to oversee White Sox drafts moving forward, there’s a really encouraging trend from Chris Getz that I think is worth pointing out.
The organization has made a habit out of internal promotion for positions like this in the past. But from the moment he took over as GM, Getz has cast a wide net and brought in people from outside the organization.

Looking forward to seeing more David Sandlin
David Sandlin is going to continue to be underrated across baseball because of his 5.58 ERA in 2026. He's still relatively unknown, but I'm very bullish on Sandlin moving forward.
He was lights out in the minor leagues this season, posting a 2.08 ERA across 16 starts. Four of his eight MLB appearances were particularly impressive, and the White Sox trusted him enough to pitch in two playoff games.

Rooting interest in the World Series?
The World Series starts today and I'm curious to see who White Sox fans are rooting for this year.
Milwaukee obviously has proximity to Chicago and is a rival of the Cubs. But does that make the Brewers a team White Sox fans can get behind? Especially with a former White Sox player like Andrew Vaughn on the roster?

Do NOT trade Antonacci
For whatever reason, there's already been talk this offseason about whether or not the White Sox should trade Sam Antonacci because he's not a natural left fielder and Chase Meidroth has emerged as one of the best second basemen in baseball.
The answer is no.

Have you watched the ALCS?
Normally, I can not get enough baseball. Especially playoff baseball. But I’ve been finding it difficult to tune in for Guardians-Rays ALCS, largely because I find it frustrating to think about how close the White Sox were to being there.
Has any else found themselves tuning out recently and directing their attention to the offseason?

Do the Sox spend $100 million?
The largest contract in White Sox franchise history is still the $75 million deal given to Andrew Benintendi.
This feels like an offseason when Chicago needs to finally surpass that mark and make a splash by signing at least one impact player.

Dream Sox free agency add?
We still have plenty of time before we dive into free agency previews, but right now, who would be your dream acquisition for the White Sox this offseason?
If you could have Chicago sign just one free agent, who would it be?

Will Schriffen be back?
There’s been plenty of speculation about whether White Sox play-by-play announcer John Schriffen will return for the 2027 season.
Do you think Schriffen will be back? More importantly, do you want him to return?

Guardians ALCS Lead
Not going to lie, watching the Guardians win Game 1 of the ALCS in Tampa made things even more frustrating.
I always felt like if the White Sox could get past Cleveland, they had a puncher’s chance against the Rays. And watching that game only reinforced that belief.
