Free Agents the White Sox Won’t Sign

With qualifying offers recently being issued, it seems like the White Sox are already out on a few free agents.

I don’t expect Chicago to be a serious player for outfielders Randy Arozarena or Seiya Suzuki anymore. And Trevor Rogers doesn’t seem like a viable starting pitching option, either.

Perhaps they surprise me, but I just don’t see this organization being willing to part with the money necessary to get a deal done, along with the draft capital it would cost them given the qualifying offer penalties.
