Feeling really nervous about the White Sox right now

The White Sox are making me really nervous right now. They have not played good baseball since the start of that Astros series. It's been a really ugly homestand in which they're currently 1-3.

Now they have to face Gerrit Cole and Cam Schlittler, which doesn't inspire much confidence for the rest of this Yankee series. And then they'll go on the road to Tampa Bay to play the best team in the American League and a team that swept them earlier this season.

It just feels like the White Sox are on their heels right now. They're not playing great baseball. They desperately need to make trade deadline additions. And there's not a ton of energy around the club. Even when they take early leads, they've been blowing those leads. It makes me nervous for where they might be in one week's time and how much they're leaving the door open to other teams in the AL Central.
