Another fun roster and team to watch for White Sox fans will be the Low-A Kannapolis Cannonballers.
Left-handed pitcher Truman Pauley was included in the Luis Robert trade from the New York Mets. Shortstop Billy Carlson and outfielder Jaden Fauske were the first- and second-round picks by the White Sox in the 2025 MLB draft. They are both top 10 prospects in the organization.
Javier Mogollon is the No. 13 prospect in the White Sox organization. He's still 20 years old and has a lot of traits that make evaluators very high on his development.
Boston Smith is the catcher the White Sox most recently traded for. They moved Curtis Mead to the Washington Nationals to get Smith, a catcher who led college baseball in home runs with 26 in 2025.
It may not be as exciting as watching the AAA team, because many of those AAA players are due for MLB call-ups soon, but the success of some of these players in Kannapolis will be huge to the longevity of the White Sox organization as they look to replenish the farm system.
