Kaulig Racing named two former NASCAR Cup Series drivers to its NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series program.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Kaulig Racing named two former NASCAR Cup Series drivers to its NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series program.

Clint Bowyer will race their No. 25 'Free Agent' Ram 1500 at Dover next month while Jamie McMurray will race that truck at San Diego when the series takes over Naval Base Coronado. Both Bowyer and McMurray have worked on FOX's NASCAR broadcasts after their full-time Cup Series careers ended in 2020 and 2018, respectively.

Bowyer, a 10-time winner in the Cup Series, hasn't been out of the driver's seat that long. He raced a truck at Nashville Superspeedway back in June 2024, finishing 17th in Spire Motorsports' No. 7 Chevrolet. In his career, he amassed eight NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series wins and three NCTS wins to add to the never-dull Cup career that came to a close in 2020.

Meanwhile, McMurray last raced in NASCAR back in 2021, finishing eighth in his final Cup start to-date in the Daytona 500 that year.

The 7-time Cup winner also has eight NOAPS wins and a Truck win in 2004 at Martinsville, coincidentally in a Ram truck for Ultra Motorsports.

Bowyer and McMurray join the likes of Tony Stewart, Colin Braun and others who have had a chance to drive Kaulig's Free Agent truck this season.
