It's his second win of the 2026 Cup Series season, all within the last four races.
"Don't let the boys get hot! We're pretty strong right now," Logano said.
Logano's win moved him from 13th to ninth in the Cup Series points standings. Since Sonoma Raceway, six races ago, he has gained 11 positions in the standings.
"It's great to see the 22 be so strong," Logano said. "Getting the points day we need, this gets us back in the top-10, which is what we needed."

With 40 laps to go, Logano made what ended up being the winning pass.
"19 was better than us last run and I was trying to manage the tires, get a good gap. We had a fun back-and-forth battle," Logano said.
Briscoe, who didn't end up in victory lane, wasn't as happy about the way the race ended.
"I don't know what I needed. I felt like I was a little better in that last run but I just lost brakes and lost that three-second advantage. One bad run and it cost me the win. It's weird for me to be mad, I've never run well here... Just wasn't able to seal the deal here," Briscoe said.
Briscoe didn't win but may have been lucky to hold on to second.
"The brake deal was interesting... For a large majority of the race, I could get on the brakes much better and then I lost my advantage as the race went on."
Team Penske took two of the top three spots with Logano winning and Austin Cindric finishing third. Chase Briscoe was the spoiler, leading the most laps (171) Saturday and finishing second, just four tenths of a second away from his second win of the season.
One of the best at Richmond, Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Denny Hamlin also got In Penske's way, taking fourth in the race and growing his points lead to 115 over Ryan Blaney.
TOP-10 FINISHERS (LAP 400): Joey Logano, Chase Briscoe, Austin Cindric, Denny Hamlin, Chase Elliott, Kyle Larson, Christopher Bell, Josh Berry, William Byron, Alex Bowman (Tyler Reddick finished 11th with the last car on the lead lap).
Ryan Blaney finished 13th with brake issues after dominating the first stage.
The race saw a Cup track record 29 lead changes, lastly with 25 laps to go -- Logano over Christopher Bell. Bell and Reddick were on the same strategy of running longer with their tires, finishing the race with 19-lap older tires.
Bell, at least, was happy.
"It's good to get a seventh-place finish with what was a 12th-place car," Bell said.
Reddick finished 11th after running as bad as 35th in the first stage. He worked his way up to 19th when the stage ended, however.
STAGE ONE TOP-10 (LAP 70): Ryan Blaney, Chase Briscoe, Joey Logano, Austin Cindric, Josh Berry, Bubba Wallace, Denny Hamlin, Christopher Bell, Chase Elliott, William Byron.
Meanwhile, Kyle Larson finished 25th in the stage, just ahead of Ty Gibbs who almost beat him despite a speeding penalty.
In the second stage, Reddick worked his way up to 11th in a stellar night for 23XI Racing. To start the stage, Bubba Wallace ran ninth and Riley Herbst ran 13th to complement Reddick.
It looked like no one could shake the Penske-affiliated Fords who maintained their grasp on the lead. Yet, Chase Briscoe did, leading after a caution for Zane Smith on lap 126.
However, Joey Logano took the lead back after Briscoe led 47 laps and a round of pit stops took place. That ultimately earned him the stage win.
STAGE TWO TOP-10 (LAP 230): Joey Logano, Denny Hamlin, Chase Briscoe, Austin Cindric, Ryan Blaney, Josh Berry, Chase Elliott, Christopher Bell, Tyler Reddick, William Byron.
When the final stage started, however, Briscoe's short run advantage showed up. He took the lead and held it, even through a caution for Carson Hocevar on lap 285.
However, when the race went green again with 108 laps to go, brake issues for Briscoe chopped his 3.5-second lead down to nothing with 40 laps to go. Logano took the lead and then immediately pitted.
Briscoe held on to Logano but couldn't reel him back in to win.
