The Milwaukee Bucks host the Cleveland Cavaliers at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee.

The Milwaukee Bucks face off against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday for a matchup that the Bucks desperately need to come out on top of to get their season back on track.

Milwaukee is just 1-4 and momentary flashes of potential have been drowned out by the team's general disorganization and their lapses in clutch moments.

Putting aside the genuine flaws on their roster though, the schedule that the Bucks have been saddled with hasn't done them any favors, nor will it lighten up for them in the next few weeks.

Tough Schedule, Clean Bill of Health

Milwaukee has already played teams like the Philadelphia 76ers and Houston Rockets, but the schedule they have ahead of them after facing Cleveland on Saturday, includes the Minnesota Timberwolves, Boston Celtics, Toronto Raptors, New York Knicks and Los Angeles Lakers before it even begins to ease up for the team.

With that schedule in mind, every game the Bucks can manage a win out of is even more important and even if the schedule isn't doing them any favors, the Bucks at least have the benefit of health on their side.

The Bucks don't have any players listed on the injury report to any extent, while the Cavaliers may be missing two players, they have all their main players available to them.

The only two players the Cavaliers have listed on their injury report are Meleek Thomas (foot) who is QUESTIONABLE for the game and listed as a game-time decision, and Jaylon Tyson (ankle), who's OUT with a high ankle sprain.

How Bucks Can Take An Advantage

But the Cavaliers have a deep roster, one that's sure to give the Bucks fits. Cleveland has a top-10 offense with an average of 118 points per game while the Bucks are near the bottom-third of the league at 113.4 points per game.

If there's any advantage for the Bucks to be had, it's that they are a team with substantial defensive talent, led by players like centers Myles Turner and Kel'el Ware. That talent hasn't necessarily manifested itself through the first few games of the season, but it's still there, while the Cavaliers are a far-more offensively-minded team themselves.

Should the Bucks be able to execute defensively and limit what the Cavaliers are capable of, they may in turn be able to open window that leads them to an advantage, or at least an avenue to outlast Cleveland.

It won't be an easy task, but the flashes of potential that the Bucks have shown points toward a team that's better than it's 1-4 record. But if the Bucks want to become that team in actuality, it will take the best effort out of everyone on the roster.
