Just two weeks away from NBA Media Day and training camp tipping off, Spencer German and Spencer Davies have another episode of Courtside with Cavs on tap.

Topics of the show include the following:

    • The Cleveland fan base has the Cavaliers to look forward to in what seems to be an already lost season in Berea with the Browns. There are many asking about playoff success when it comes to evaluating this team, but at the very least, they are a clear-cut title contender with a favorable Eastern Conference.
    • Donovan Mitchell is a bona fide MVP-caliber talent who sacrificed arguably the most for the wine and gold last season. Because of his selflessness, the Cavs saw two of their brightest young talents ascend to the All-Star Game. We cannot forget how truly gifted Mitchell is on the floor, which is why this squad has been elevated into another NBA tier in the first place.
    • Evan Mobley has received an immense amount of praise after his NBA Defensive Player of the Year campaign and making the All-NBA Second Team. With Mitchell, Kenny Atkinson and Koby Altman singing his praises, how else can he elevate his game? And with that maturation, how far does that allow Cleveland to go?
    • With a disappointing finish to the year with a five-game series loss to the Indiana Pacers a short four months ago, the Cavs have to restore some good will. The front office knows it and the players know it. As for Atkinson, he may be taking this the hardest out of everybody. What ways can he prepare the guys to take the leap from good to great? Is there more up the NBA Coach of the Year’s sleeve?
    • Due to the Cavs’ injuries to Darius Garland and Max Strus, Mitchell and Mobley will have the opportunity to improve their chemistry even more. Whose responsibility will it be to find the proper balance between the two? How much of a role will Atkinson play in that?
