The former New York Knick goes from seeing trash talk on a group chat to helping lead the Sacramento upset.

Precious Achiuwa walked into the Golden 1 Center hearing trash talk over a group chat -- coming from his past New York Knicks teammates.

That chat likely will see Achiuwa trolling his past Knick mates. All after spearheading the 112-101 stunner for the Sacramento Kings.

Achiuwa revealed to Sean Cunningham of NBC Sacramento that he was hearing his teammates blow up his phone.

"It's going to be fun. It kinda already started last night. But I'm looking forward to it," Achiuwa said before the game.

He responds by dropping 20 points in 39 minutes of play. He banked two threes and hit 7-of-14 field goals. Achiuwa then hauled down 14 rebounds for the double-double.

Even better for Achiuwa, he got to grab the mic after the win then lit up the famed beam to commemorate a Kings win.

"Let's get it!" Achiuwa loudly said before sharing his respect for his past Knicks teammates but then, unapologetically, said he was glad Sacramento got the win.

Both his points and rebounds represent new season highs. He entered the evening averaging 7.1 points per game with 5.3 rebounds.

He wasn't the only one having a reunion. Knicks head coach Mike Brown faced his former team for the first time since his dismissal.

"I really enjoyed being out in the community and getting to know the people out there. That was a lot of fun as well," Brown shared to CBS Sacramento sports anchor Jake Gadon.

The Kings were fresh off stunning the Los Angeles Lakers. But they also took down the Houston Rockets -- another team that's nearly 10 games above .500.

Now the Knicks become the third team the Kings stunningly topple. And New York entered as a big 11-point favorite

DeMar DeRozan led the Kings with 27 points. Zach LaVine added 25 points to finish second on the team. Achiuwa ended as the third-leading scorer for the home team.

Russell Westbrook ended his night dropping 19 points. Maxime Raynaud became the fifth starter to reach double figures in hitting 10 points. Malik Monk led the bench scoring by chipping in nine points. Dylan Cardwell became the last to score with two points.
