The New York Knicks could be without their glue guy in a massive contest vs the Denver Nuggets

The New York Knicks will look to extend their winning streak to eight games as they travel back home to take on the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday.

The Knicks might be the hottest team in the NBA right now, winning seven straight games. They easily took care of the Washington Wizards on Tuesday, 132-101. They return to MSG for one game before hitting the road for two games. 

The Nuggets are coming off a loss to the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday, falling 124-121. The Nuggets have lost two straight and are 2-3 in their last five. The game against the Knicks is their second on a three-game road trip. 

This is the first meeting of the season between the two teams. They will meet again on March 6th in Denver. 

New York Knicks Injury Report

Josh Hart is QUESTIONABLE for the Knicks with a left ankle sprain. 

Hart played on Tuesday against the Wizards, finishing with four points, seven rebounds, and seven assists in just 22 minutes. He's played in 11 of the last 12 games after missing time at the end of December and into January with an injury. 

Hart has been a key contributor to the Knicks all season, averaging 12.3 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 5.1 assists in 39 games. 

Miles McBride is OUT with left ankle injury management. He's been sidelined since January 27. 

In 35 games this season, McBride is averaging 12.9 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 2.8 assists. 

Pacome Dadiet (G-League assignment), Mohamed Diawara (left ankle sprain), Trey Jemison III (left ankle injury management), and Kevin McCullar Jr (G-League two-way) are all QUESTIONABLE. 

Denver Nuggets Injury Report 

Christian Braun is listed as PROBABLE with a left ankle sprain. Braun returned to the lineup on Tuesday against the Detroit Pistons, his first game since January 9. 

Braun started the game, playing 26 minutes. He finished with six points and two assists. 

On the season, Braun is averaging 9.3 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 2.5 assists in just 15 games. 

Nikola Jokic is not on the injury report despite the Nuggets being on a back-to-back. 

Aaron Gordon remains OUT with a right hamstring strain. He's been out since January 23. On January 29 it was reported that he would be re-evaluated in four to six weeks. 

Cameron Johnson also remains OUT with a right knee bone bruise. Johnson has been sidelined since December 23 and is out indefinitely. 

Tamar Bates (left foot surgery) and Curtis Jones (G-League two-way) are both OUT. 

Tip-off at Madison Square Garden is set for 7:00 p.m. EST.
