The Lakers return home on Friday after a six-game road trip, that concluded with a victory over the Indiana Pacers. The Lakers went 5-1 on the trip and have won ten of their last eleven games. They are third in the West with a 47-26 record, leading the Denver Nuggets by 1.5 games.
The Nets are on a nine-game losing streak, falling 109-106 to the Golden State Warriors in their last contest. They haven't won since March 9, when they defeated the Memphis Grizzlies. They are 17-56, 14th in the East. They are one game better than the Pacers, who sit at the bottom of the conference.
The Lakers won the only other meeting between the two teams this season, 125-109, back on February 3.

Lakers star Luka Doncic is QUESTIONABLE with left hamstring soreness. Luka played 38 minutes against the Pacers, finishing with 43 points, seven assists, and six rebounds. He hasn't missed a game since February 12.
Rui Hachimura is QUESTIONABLE with right calf injury management. He's missed the last two games. In 59 games this season, Hachimura is averaging 11.1 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 0.8 assists while shooting 43% from three.
Marcus Smart remains OUT with a right ankle contusion. He's also missed the last two games. In his first season with the Lakers, Smart is averaging 9.5 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 2.8 assists in 60 games. He's started in 53 of the 60 contests. There is no timetable for his return.
Adou Thiero is OUT with left knee soreness. He missed the last game against the Pacers. He's played just 20 games this season, seeing only an average of 5.4 minutes per game off the bench.
