Jamal Murray and Nikola Jokic shared the floor at the All-Star game for the first time in their shared careers in 2026, but the combination they've put together in Denver has impressed throughout their nine season partnership.
Murray and Jokic are combining for 54.4 points per game this season and despite an injury-riddled season for the Denver Nuggets, their combined efforts have continued to power the Nuggets to the highest-scoring offense in the NBA and the current third-seed in the Western Conference.
They've both spoken fondly of each other often in interviews, with Murray explaining all the things he's learned from Jokic and in turn Jokic expressing his admiration for Murray.

It’s one of the things I cherish, being in Denver and having (him) to play with.”
Their relationship has even caught the attention of a Nuggets legend and Hall of Famer, who had high praise for the pair and compared them to an iconic fictional duo.

Their partnership has already led to one championship for Denver and despite the tough competition their facing in the Western Conference they very well could have more confetti in their future.
Health will be the most crucial component in their future success. Jokic has missed significant time this season and Murray has had his fair share of major injuries in the past that have kept him away from the court in crucial moments for the Nuggets.

Isaiah J. They stand out as one of the most elite duos in the NBA and stand out as one of the few duos that not only have player their whole careers together, but were both drafted by the team they still play for.

It's a testament to not only their individual talents, but the Nuggets' ability to draft and promote homegrown talent.
With the season coming to a close, "Batman and Robin" will be vying for the NBA crown once again and should they go into playoffs with a roster at full strength, they have as good of a shot as any at adding another championship to their shared resume.
