The Minnesota Timberwolves try to remain one of the hottest teams in the league when they welcome the Memphis Grizzlies to town on Tuesday.
The Timberwolves are coming off a 117-108 victory over the Denver Nuggets, which was their third straight victory. They are 6-1 in their last seven games, and now begin a three-game homestand after a three-game road trip. They are fourth in the West with a 38-23 record, a half game better than the Nuggets and a half game behind the Houston Rockets.
The Grizzlies have won two straight, scoring a 125-106 victory over the Indiana Pacers in their last contest. This is the conclusion of a three-game road trip for the squad. They sit eleventh in the West at 23-36, but a full 4.5 games out of a Play-In spot.
