The Minnesota Timberwolves could welcome back Anthony Edwards against the Dallas Mavericks.

The Minnesota Timberwolves will look to bounce back as they travel to take on the Dallas Mavericks. 

The Timberwolves struggled to score in their last game, falling to the Detroit Pistons, 109-87. They are 5-5 in their last ten games. At 45-29, they are fifth in the West, two games behind the Denver Nuggets and tied with the Houston Rockets, though they hold the tiebreaker. 

The Mavericks picked up a victory in their last game, defeating the Portland Trail Blazers, 100-93. The win snapped a five game losing streak. They have been eliminated from playoff competition and are 13th in the West with a 24-50 record. 

This is the fourth and final meeting of the season between the two teams. The Timberwolves are 3-0 in the season series. They last met on February 20, a 122-111 victory for Minnesota. 

Minnesota Timberwolves Injury Report

Anthony Edwards is officially listed as QUESTIONABLE with right knee patellofemoral pain syndrome. He's been sidelined since March 15, missing the last six games. The Timberwolves went 4-2 in his absence. Edwards is averaging 29.5 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 3.7 assists in 58 games this season. 

Ayo Dosunmu is AVAILABLE with right calf soreness. He's missed the last two games. He's averaging 13.2 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 3.3 assists in 18 games with the Timberwolves since he was acquired at the trade deadline. 

Jaden McDaniels is OUT with left knee patella tendinopathy. He missed the last game against the Pistons, just his third missed game all season. In 71 games this year, he's averaging 14.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 2.7 assists. 

Enrique Freeman, Zyon Pullin, and Rocco Zikarsky are all OUT on G-League two-way deals. 

Dallas Mavericks Injury Report

Naji Marshall is QUESTIONABLE with an illness. He hasn't missed a game since March 3. He's averaging 15.5 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 3.3 assists in 71 games this season. 

PJ Washington is also QUESTIONABLE with an illness. He hasn't missed a game since March 13. 

Daniel Gafford is PROBABLE with a right shoulder sprain. He's been sidelined since March 23. Gafford has been limited to 51 games this year, averaging 9.5 points, seven rebounds, and 1.1 assists. 

Marvin Bagley III is QUESTIONABLE with left shoulder impingement. He hasn't missed a game since March 6. He's averaging 10.3 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 1.4 assists in 56 games this season. 

Caleb Martin is DOUBTFUL with a right plantar fascia strain. He's been out since March 15.

Dereck Lively II is OUT after undergoing season-ending right foot surgery in December. He played in just seven games this season. 

Kyrie Irving is OUT after undergoing left knee surgery last year. He will not play this season. 

Moussa Cisse, John Poulakidas, and Tyler Smith are all QUESTIONABLE on G-League two-way deals.
