Steve Kerr gave injury updates for both Steph Curry and Kristaps Porzingis.

With the Golden State Warriors taking their All-Star break without any players in the weekend's festivities — Steph Curry was the only player that made the All-Star Game, but is not playing due to his injury — it's a time for the entire roster to catch up on some much-needed rest and get healthy.

In particular, it is of the utmost importance that Curry gets healthy from his aforementioned injury, a knee issue, while the Warriors' newest addition, Kristaps Porzingis, prepares to make his grand debut as a member of the team.

Porzingis was acquired at the trade deadline in exchange for Jonathan Kuminga and Buddy Hield, but has only played in 17 games this season due to a mix of illness and Achilles tendinitis. However, it seems like Porzingis is on track to return and add some oomph to the Warriors' offense and defense.

Steve Kerr Gives Injury Update For Curry and Porzingis

After losing to the Spurs on Wednesday night, Steve Kerr was asked about the injury status of Porzingis and how he's been progressing.

"Kristaps played today and was moving better than yesterday. He seemed to be in a good rhythm. I didn't see it but the development coaches did. I think it was still half-court, but I believe it was 5s. They said he looked good, so we'll just see how it works out."

Kerr also responded to questions about Curry's rehab from his runner's knee issue, and was positive in that assessment, too.

"I talked to Steph earlier and he said he was feeling better, so he's trending in a good direction. It'll be just day-to-day when he comes back."

It's good news all around for the two main injuries the Warriors are trying to work through right now.

What Will The Warriors' Full Rotation Look Like When Healthy?

The Warriors almost look like a new team with the injuries, trades, and player development that has taken place over the course of this season.

When healthy, Porzingis will most likely slide into the center position in the starting lineup. Draymond Green will get to play his natural position at the 4, and Curry will obviously remain the point guard. The final two starting spots are a bit up in the air, though.

Most likely, it'll be two out of the trio of Moses Moody, De'Anthony Melton, and Brandin Podziemski. Moody is the most likely candidate to pick up a starting spot for his shooting and defense, leaving the decision between Melton and Podziemski, which likely will have more factors than just who the better player is, considering Melton's ongoing minutes restriction.

Gui Santos is also a dark horse to snag a starting spot since he's been playing the best basketball of his career recently. It'd be a bit of a bigger lineup to run Santos at the three, but his results as of late are undeniable.

Beyond these seven players, Al Horford and Quinten Post round out the frontcourt rotation. Considering the age and injury history of Green, Horford, and Porzingis, it'll likely need significant minutes from all four of them to balance the game out.

Finally, players like Gary Payton II, Will Richard, Pat Spencer, or even Seth Curry could likely find their way into the mix on any given night. The former two will likely retain some semblance of consistent playing time, even when everyone is healthy, while the latter two are likely a bit more situational if there are ball-handling/point guard struggles or injuries, or if there are pure shooting/scoring needs, respectively.

Exciting times are on the horizon for the Warriors as they get set to make their playoff push with this new-look squad.
