Summer League standout Reece Beekman is one of four to officially sign with the Washington Wizards on an Exhibit 10 deal
The Washington Wizards have finalized four Exhibit 10 signings, including an official stint for one Summer League standout.
Guards Reece Beekman and Trevor Keels join forwards Chris Livingston and Steve Settle III as four Exhibit 10 signings. In addition, the Wizards also announced that forward KeShawn Murphy has been waived.
Beekman emerged as a glaring candidate to join the organization ahead of the 2026-27 regular season after dazzling during Summer League, now potentially a seamless fit to fill the final two-way spot alongside Jamir Watkins and Felix Okpara. Beekman averaged 7.8 points, six assists, 3.6 rebounds and two steals per game across over 27 minutes in all five Summer League games.
The signing of Keels was previously announced earlier in the month to give him a third stint in the NBA. Keels began his NBA career with the New York Knicks where he appeared in three games during 2022-23, then spent the 2023 preseason with the Minnesota Timberwolves before inking with the Miami Heat ahead of the 2025-26 regular season on a two way deal. The 23 year old guard then appeared in eight games during the regular season where he averaged one point across 1.9 minutes and 25% shooting from the field.
The addition of Settle first surfaced alongside Keels after the two were involved in a multi-team G League trade that landed the Temple forward and Maryland native with his hometown organization. After suiting up with the Sioux Falls Skyforce in the G League, Settle averaged 7.1 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.2 assists while shooting nearly 39% from the field and 35% from three in 2025-26.
Livingston also suited up for the Wizards in Summer League where he flashed over the final three games, averaging 14.4 points and 4.6 rebounds per game while shooting nearly 53% from the field and 42% from three across 26.2 minutes during Summer League.
The quartet of finalized Exhibit 10 signings will have an opportunity to compete for the final two-way spot along the Wizards' 2026-27 roster, adding a storyline for head coach Brian Keefe and the coaching staff to sort through during the four game preseason slate.
With media day set for Monday, the Wizards are set to open training camp this week with the first preseason game set for Oct. 8 against the New York Knicks before opening the regular season inside Capital One Arena on Oct. 21 against the Milwaukee Bucks.
