Auburn football looks for its second straight ranked victory against LSU after upsetting No. 1 Georgia. Byrum Brown, Cole Best, Cody Sigler and Andre Jordan Jr. are four key players who must step up for Alex Golesh's Tigers against Lane Kiffin and quarterback Sam Leavitt.

Auburn is coming off its biggest win of the season after knocking off No. 1 Georgia, but the Tigers have another significant challenge ahead of them.

LSU comes to Jordan-Hare Stadium on Saturday, and Auburn has an opportunity to pick up its second consecutive ranked victory.

But to do it, several players will need to step up. Here are four that need to step up in a big way.

Byrum Brown

This one feels pretty obvious.

Brown was a major reason Auburn was able to knock off Georgia, particularly because of his ability to make plays with his legs, and he needs to continue to do that again this Saturday.

Brown has to continue to make quicker decisions and taking more opportunities downfield.

I think Auburn found something offensively against Georgia, and Brown was at the center of it.

Now he needs to build on that performance.

Cole Best

Auburn's offensive line took a significant step forward against Georgia, but there were still some mistakes that need to be cleaned up.

And Best was responsible for a couple of them.

Best was called for a holding penalty and a bad snap, but his overall performance was better than those mistakes might suggest. That's important because Auburn needs its offensive line to continue improving.

Best doesn't necessarily need to play a perfect game against LSU, but he can't afford the costly mistakes that could take points off the board. The offensive line took a huge step last weekend in proving they belong in the conversation as "SEC Caliber," lets see if they can strengthen the narrative.

Cody Sigler

Sigler has quietly become one of Auburn's most important defensive linemen.

His ability to disrupt plays at the line of scrimmage and create opportunities for the linebackers behind him is key. That's going to be important against LSU quarterback Sam Leavitt, who isn't afraid to use his legs and does so effectively.

Auburn needs to make Leavitt uncomfortable, and getting consistent pressure could help force some mistakes.

Sigler has an opportunity to play a major role in making that happen.

Andre Jordan Jr.

Auburn's secondary will face another difficult test against LSU.

Jordan showed improvement as the Georgia game progressed, particularly with his physicality in coverage, especially as a defender on the boundary.

But the challenge now is maintaining that level of play from the opening kickoff.

LSU has the ability to stretch defenses downfield, and Auburn can't afford to give up explosive plays.

Jordan needs to be ready.

Auburn proved against Georgia that it has the talent to compete with one of the best teams in college football.

Now the Tigers need another complete performance.

And these four players could have a lot to do with whether Auburn gets it done Saturday.
