The LSU Tigers have filled the final roster spots on their team, meaning there is no longer room to add Zxavian Harris or Dae'Quan Wright.

The LSU Tigers have now added both Aidan Anding and Gabriel Reliford back to their roster, per ESPN's Pete Thamel, which puts them at the 105-player roster cap. That means they will no longer be able to add Zxavian Harris and Dae'Quan Wright to their roster.

Just last week, Harris and Wright both received their extra year of eligibility in the courts and had planned to join the Tigers' roster this season. The game against the Clemson Tigers had come and gone without them being added, but they still had those two open roster spots.

Now, later in the same day that the SEC amended their federal lawsuit to further threaten to remove the school from the conference, LSU appears to pull back on those plans and will move forward without the veterans.

On Wednesday, there is a court hearing set in Alabama on the motions for the preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order that the conference added to the plans on Tuesday.

As of now, it's unclear what impact this latest news will have on any of the conference threats. It appears as though the SEC has at least won this battle. The NCAA, SEC and the Tigers were all enjoined from keeping Harris and Wright from being rostered this season, so now there will assuredly be more action coming from the other direction now.

It has to be incredibly frustrating for the two players, who felt as deserving as any of their recruiting classmates and those in classes around them to receive a fifth year of eligibility. That is what Judge William Jorden had decided on as well.

Harris went undrafted before signing with the New Orleans Saints. Due to his injury recovery, he never practiced or played for the team. He said in court that the most he had received was $190 in gas money. The 6-foot-8, 330-pound defensive tackle could still end up playing in the NFL, but he has some concerns that could have been addressed this season.

Wright would likely have been the next tight end on the depth chart behind Trey'Dez Green and would have seen the field quite a bit. He was a dangerous weapon for Lane Kiffin last year, averaging over 16 yards per catch.

While it appears that LSU won't need their services this season, they also likely would not have minded having such strong depth added out of nowhere. Now it is time to see the ripple effect of this latest move.
