Arop Arop commits to Nicholls State

Former Tiger Arop Arop has committed to Nicholls State for his senior season. Arop transferred to Memphis after spending two seasons at Columbia.

Arop didn’t see much playing time last season, appearing in only nine games and averaging 2.6 minutes per game. The junior averaged 0.7 points and 0.7 rebounds per game, and scored in only three games.

Arop will join a team that finished 14-19 last season. He’s the fifth player to land at a new school, and Ashton Hardaway is the only former Tiger still in the portal.
