Ross Dellenger reported on Tuesday that Memphis football head coach Charles Huff will take part in a roundtable led by Senators Ted Cruz and Maria Cantwell on Wednesday. Cruz and Cantwell are the leaders of the college sports Senate bill, and it appears they are bringing multiple coaches and leaders to talk about the challenges and changes to college athletics.

Of the people involved in the roundtable, Huff joins Middle Tennessee State head coach Derek Mason as the only two football coaches on the panel. They will be joined by Syracuse women’s basketball coach Felisha Legette-Jack, Texas Southern President Vice Admiral James W. Crawford III, Big South commissioner Shrike A. Montgomery, Akron soccer player Sara Bower and Boston swimmer Gannon Flynn.

The roundtable is scheduled for Wednesday morning on Capitol Hill.
