Ibrahim Souare commits to Pitt

A day after visiting Memphis, Ibrahim Souare announced his commitment to Pitt on Instagram. The 6-foot-9 forward just wrapped up his sophomore season at Syracuse, where he averaged 0.9 points and 1.9 rebounds in 29 games.

Souare signed with Georgia Tech out of high school and appeared in 30 games, making 14 starts for the Yellow Jackets. The forward was one of two bigs on campus yesterday.

The other visitor, Maper Maker, wrapped up his visit and is heading to Fayetteville for a visit with the Razorbacks.

The Tigers' roster stands at 13 players right now, and they have two spots remaining. On Friday, Penny Hardaway told Dave Woloshin on "Wolo & Friends" that he would like to have 14 players going into the season and leave a spot open.
