Memphis talks about last season and this offseason with The Field of 68

Penny Hardaway talked about last year's team and adding money to this year's NIL budget for the 2026-27 roster.

Hardaway called last year the "worst year ever" between playing and coaching, and it appears that he went the extra mile to make sure he had enough money to get the players he needed to bring in to make sure this year is different.

Memphis will play two exhibition games in October before starting the season on November 2 against Iowa State.
