It’s the time of year where coaching staffs focus on the recruiting trail. The roster is already set, and the coaches can’t do much with the players.
With high schools out for the summer, a lot of players are setting up official visits over the next few months, and Charles Huff and his staff have already started hosting players.
After looking at the first six cornerbacks with offers from Memphis, here are six more players who hold offers from the Tigers at that position.
Micah Fleming (Alabaster, AL)
Fleming is a three-star recruit and holds 28 offers. The Tigers offered him in late January, and he took an unofficial visit to Memphis in late March.
He has set up only one official visit with Baylor, and it will be interesting to see if he schedules more over the next few weeks. As a junior, Fleming recorded 67 tackles, nine tackles for loss and four pass deflections in 14 games for Thompson High School in Alabama.
Jacquari Parks (Jacksonville, FL)
Memphis offered Parks in January, and he has 29 total offers, including a handful from Power Four programs. The three-star corner has scheduled three official visits with Wake Forest, Boston College and South Florida.
He recorded 30 tackles, 7 pass breakups and five interceptions on the season, and he only allowed one touchdown and 66 total yards, according to his X account.
Romel Koon (Brentwood, TN)
Koon is a three-star recruit out of Brentwood Academy, and he holds 40 offers. He has visits scheduled with Florida State and Virginia Tech, and it looks like a long shot the Tigers will land him.
Koon played at Chattanooga Prep during his junior season before transferring to Brentwood Academy ahead of his senior season. As a junior, he recorded 20 tackles and two interceptions in two games, according to MaxPreps.
Ke’Sean Williams (Orlando, FL)
Williams is another three-star cornerback, and he’s the No. 115 player at his position in the class of 2027. Memphis offered the cornerback in late April, and he has official visits scheduled with UConn, Iowa State and Delaware.
Williams recorded 45 tackles, four tackles for loss and an interception during his junior season.
Tyre Lloyd (Hollywood, FL)
Lloyd picked up an offer from Memphis in late March, and he has 17 total offers. The cornerback has scheduled an official visit with Mississippi State for the last weekend in May.
According to MaxPreps, he had eight tackles and an interception in nine games last year for Flanagan.
Roman Edwards (McKinney, TX)
Edwards isn’t ranked by 247Sports or On3, and he holds nine offers, including a pair from Duke and North Carolina. The Tigers offered him in late January, and he has yet to schedule any official visits.
According to his social media, he recorded 18 tackles for loss, two interceptions and two pass breakups during his junior season.
