Memphis football CFB 27 quarterback rankings

EA Sports College Football 27 releases worldwide on July 9, 2026, but it became available to MVP+ members on July 2. With the game set to release in just a few days, it’s a good time to look at what the video game says about the Tigers’ roster.

Memphis is rated as a 77 across the board. The offense, defense and team overall were all given a 77 rating by EA Sports.

The 77 overall rating places them at the top of the conference with North Texas and USF, but most of the teams in the conference are around the same overall. 11 of the 14 teams in the American are within three overalls of each other.

The quarterback position has been the most discussed topics throughout the offseason, and the new video game gives fans another insight into what people think about the quarterback battle. Memphis brought in South Carolina transfer Air Noland and West Florida transfer Marcus Stokes over the offseason, and they head into the fall in a competition for the starting spot.

Most preseason magazines and predictions think Stokes will be the starting quarterback, while Noland will be the backup, but the new college football game gave Noland a higher overall on release day. Noland will be a 75 overall, while Stokes debuts as a 73 overall.

The South Carolina transfer had a 77 overall rating in last year’s iteration of the game.

Southern Miss transfer Denzel Gardner is a 67 overall. Redshirt freshman Grant Troutman and true freshman Gavin Owens aren’t in the game.

Owens will likely be added in a later update.
