The NCAA transfer portal just opened and several Oklahoma State men’s basketball players entered, including key contributors Jaylen Curry, Vyctorius Miller, Daniel Guetta, Robert Jennings II (with medical redshirt eligibility), and Anthony Roy (senior seeking waiver).
The NCAA Transfer Portal officially opened on Tuesday, April 7th.
The Oklahoma State Cowboys basketball program initially had one player announce intentions to enter the portal in freshman guard Daniel Guetta.
However, Tuesday came and more portal announcements were made for Steve Lutz’s Cowboys.
Here’s the breakdown of which Cowboys declared for the portal on Tuesday:
Jaylen Curry - Senior - 6’1 - Guard:
- Jaylen Curry made valuable contributions to Oklahoma State basketball in the 2025-26 season as a junior guard transfer from UMass. He played in 33 games (seven starts), averaging 10.1 points, 3.5 assists, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.2 steals in 23.8 minutes while shooting 41.8% from the field. His playmaking and scoring helped the Cowboys reach 20 wins and the NIT.
Daniel Guetta - Soph. - 6’2 - Guard:
- Daniel Guetta, a 6-2 freshman guard from Israel, contributed limited minutes to Oklahoma State basketball in 2025-26. He appeared in 11 games, averaging 2.0 points, 0.7 rebounds, and 0.8 assists in 9.5 minutes per game while shooting 50% from the field. Guetta had his best performance with 11 points in the NIT.
Robert Jennings Jr. - Senior (MRS) - 6’7 - Forward:
- Robert Jennings Jr., a senior 6-7 power forward, contributed solidly to Oklahoma State basketball over his career. In 2024-25 (junior year), he started all 35 games, averaging 5.4 points and 3.4 rebounds in 16.5 minutes while providing tough defense and energy. Limited to three games in 2025-26 due to a hip injury, he took a medical redshirt, preserving one year of eligibility.
Vyctorious Miller - Junior - 6’5 - Guard:
- Vyctorius Miller, a 6-5 sophomore guard transfer from LSU, was a key contributor for Oklahoma State basketball in 2025-26. He started 26 of 32 games, averaging 10.8 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.8 assists in 25.6 minutes while shooting 41.8% from the field and 37.5% from three.
Anthony Roy - Senior (Waiver) - 6’5 - Guard:
- Anthony Roy, a 6-5 senior guard, was Oklahoma State’s leading scorer in the 2025-26 season. He started 25 of 31 games, averaging 16.9 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 1.3 assists in 28.7 minutes while shooting 43.1% from the field and 39.0% from three-point range (2.9 made threes per game). He posted nine 20-point games and helped the Cowboys reach the NIT. As a senior with exhausted eligibility, Roy is declaring for the NCAA transfer portal while entering the NBA Draft process; he has a waiver pending for an additional year due to his prior ankle injury at Green Bay.
No players have currently committed to Lutz’s Oklahoma State Cowboys for the 2026-2027 basketball year, but obviously it’s still very early. We will keep you updated with everything Cowboy & Cowgirl basketball as information rolls in.
