USC has been poking the bear lately in the recruiting process, and today, Dan Lanning made it known how he feels about it.
The University of Oregon is ready to return to the forefront of college football this upcoming season with hopes of making it a little further than they did last season.
The Ducks are a football powerhouse in the nation, and much of that is due to their expert-level recruiting. Since Dan Lanning has come into the picture, while there's no National Championship to show for it, he's elevated an already top-notch program.
In his time with the team, he and his staff have put together some of the best recruiting classes the university has ever seen. That's including their best class ever last offseason, with the number two class in the nation.
Recently on the recruiting trail, there's been a bit of a battle going on in Southern California between the Ducks and the Trojans. With USC coming out on top as of late, their social media team has been making it known.
Today, with spring ball starting back up in Eugene, Oregon head coach Dan Lanning made his thoughts known on the Trojans social media antics.

Not only signing legitimate players, but in some cases, flipping them from Oregon.
Most notably, they've signed ATH Honor Fa'alave-Johnson, CB Danny Lang, and T Drew Fielder. After doing so, the Trojan social media team has been not so subtly taking shots at Oregon through witty videos.
The first being a green field being slowly spray-painted red and ending with the words "the grass isn't always greener." The next video was a stoplight starting on green, shifting to yellow, and eventually changing to a red light with a 'fight on' symbol in the middle.
Today, as the Oregon Ducks started up spring ball again, Dan Lanning was asked about USC's social media activity, and his answer was absolutely perfect.
Lanning said, "Yeah, no reaction. I'm much more focused on winning the fall."
His record certainly backs up his words, as he hasn't lost to USC in his time with the Ducks. Even dating back to before Lanning took over Oregon is 8-2 against the Trojans. Until the results start changing on the field, I don't think recruiting wins should be anything to worry about.
