The Oregon Ducks and head coach Dan Lanning are preparing for a massive month of recruiting in May.
The Oregon Ducks and head coach Dan Lanning have managed to continue their dominant run on the recruiting trail heading into the 2027 cycle.
As of now, the Ducks currently possess the No. 5 ranked class in the upcoming recruiting class, per 247Sports. This includes a slew of four-star prospects, such as quarterback Will Mencl and EDGE Rashad Streets. Luckily for Lanning and company, the highly-touted program is set to host multiple prospects in the month of May.
According to 247Sports, the Ducks are set to host five recruits in Eugene throughout May, making it a perfect opportunity for the program to add more talent to Lanning’s incredible class.
Which Targets Will Visit Oregon in May?

The California native is a top-15 tackle in the 2027 class, and despite committing to the Trojans, Lanning still has a chance to make a late push for the star prospect.
To aid the coaching staff in their efforts, four-star EDGE Cameron Pritchett will also be featured in the mix next month. As a top-25 EDGE in the 2027 recruiting cycle, the Alabaster, AL native was one of the first commits for the Ducks, as he made his announment around this time last year.
With Pritchett set to take his first official visit to Oregon next month, his presence should help urge the other prospects to join him at Oregon in 2027.
In addition to Fielder and Pritchett, the Ducks will host a pair of four-star safety prospects in Junior Tu’upo and Jaden Walk-Green at the end of May. Both of the star playmakers are top-30 safeties in the 2027 class, and since Tu’upo is closing in on his top-three schools, this will allow Lanning to make one final push after he visits Indiana and before his final stop at Alabama.
Similar to his fellow safety target, Walk-Green will take multiple official visits this summer, with Oregon being the first school he plans to visit.
The final prospect that is set to take an official visit on May 29 is four-star defensive lineman Alifeleti Tuihalamaka, who could add more depth to the Ducks’ front four unit in the future. However, Oregon’s coaching staff will have to compete against the likes of the Texas A&M Aggies and the California Golden Bears, as he is set to take official visits to both schools following his time in Eugene this summer.
