The game against Nebraska is a must-win for the Oregon Ducks.

The Oregon Ducks dropped another tough game last week against the UCLA Bruins, seeing the team fall short in the end.

This marked the second loss of the season for the Ducks, almost certainly ending their bid to make the College Football Playoff. While there is a very slim possibility for Oregon to still get in, the Ducks now have no margin for error the rest of the way.

Additionally, Oregon is going to need help from other teams in front of them if they somehow want to get in. All the Ducks can do now is try to finish the year on a high note, salvaging what was supposed to be a good season.

Oregon will be taking on the Nebraska Cornhuskers this week, which won't be an easy game at all. Nebraska is coming into the game with a record of 5-1, so the Ducks will have to be careful to not overlook this group.

The Ducks haven't looked like a true contender from the opening week, and it's been a challenge for them. But if they could get a win over Nebraska this week, it could help the team start to build toward the rest of the year.

Entering the game, the Ducks are favored to win, partly due to the game being played at Autzen Stadium. According to ESPN's game predictor, the Ducks have a 65.9 percent chance to take down the Cornhuskers this week.

Starting quarterback Dante Moore will remain out for the Ducks this week due to a concussion that he suffered weeks ago. Moore took a scary hit to the head, but thankfully, he didn't suffer anything else.

In his place will likely be backup quarterback Dylan Raiola, who struggled heavily last week against the Bruins. Oregon has allowed other quarterbacks to take reps in practice, including Brock Thomas and Akili Smith Jr., but barring any major changes, Raiola will start.

If he starts, Raiola will need to put up a better showing against Nebraska if the Ducks want a chance to get the win. Against UCLA, Raiola threw for 43 yards and two interceptions, while also fumbling the ball once.

It was a poor showing all around for the veteran quarterback, and now the Ducks will be turning to him again. Raiola transferred to the Ducks from Nebraska, giving him an interesting chance to take on his former team this week.

Kickoff between the Ducks and Cornhuskers is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. PT/11:00 p.m. ET.
