Camille Min-Gaultier is no longer sneaking up on anyone in college golf.
The sophomore from southern France continues to prove she belongs among the nation’s elite after delivering another standout performance for the TCU Horned Frogs this weekend.
Min-Gaultier finished as the vice champion at the Collegiate Invitational at Guadalajara Country Club, posting a 3-under-par total to secure her fourth career runner-up finish.
In just 18 tournaments wearing purple and white, she now owns nine top-10 finishes, including top-10 placements in five of six events during the 2025–26 season.
Consistency has become her calling card, and this event was no different. Min-Gaultier navigated the 54-hole tournament with poise, signing rounds of 69, 71, and 73 to stay in contention throughout.
She played even-par golf across the back half of the competition, a testament to her ability to manage the course and remain steady as the pressure mounted.
Her most electric stretch came late in round two and early in round three. Min-Gaultier rolled in birdies on three consecutive holes, bridging the two rounds, pushing her score to six-under par.
That surge briefly lifted her into a share of the lead with 15 holes remaining, showcasing both her scoring ability and her willingness to attack when the moment calls for it.
While Washington’s Carmen Lim ultimately pulled away for a two-stroke victory, Min-Gaultier’s performance reinforced her growing reputation as one of the most reliable players in collegiate golf.
As a team, TCU finished eighth in the 12-team field at 31-over par. The Horned Frogs opened the tournament with a solid first round before posting identical scores of 301 in rounds two and three. Alongside Min-Gaultier, Kirstin Angosta, Sofie Dimitrova, Gracie McGovern, and Sofia Barroso Sa gained valuable experience against a strong national field.
The team title went to No. 28 Florida State, which claimed its third consecutive Collegiate Invitational championship, while Oklahoma State and Houston rounded out the top three.
For Min-Gaultier, the trajectory remains unmistakably upward, with multiple top finishes already this season.
Up next, TCU shifts its focus back to Texas, where the Horned Frogs will compete in their final five regular-season events in the Lone Star State, beginning with the Chevron Collegiate on Feb. 23-24 in Humble.
If Min-Gaultier’s recent form is any indication, she’ll arrive ready to contend once again.
