TCU women’s soccer released a loaded 2026 schedule featuring Wisconsin, Alabama, Georgia, Texas A&M, Texas and a tough Big 12 slate.
TCU women’s soccer isn’t easing into 2026.
The Horned Frogs are walking straight into a schedule built to test a College Cup-caliber program.
After making the first NCAA College Cup appearance in school history and winning another Big 12 regular season title, TCU released its full 2026 schedule.
And it’s not soft.
The Frogs will face 17 regular-season opponents, with 10 of them coming off NCAA Tournament appearances.
That includes four nonconference opponents and six Big 12 teams that reached the postseason last year.
For a program that has won four Big 12 regular-season crowns in the last six years, that’s exactly the kind of slate that can sharpen a national contender.
TCU opens the season on the road for the first time since 2021, traveling to Wisconsin on Aug. 13 for a 7 p.m. kickoff.
The Badgers went 14-6-2 last season and made the NCAA Tournament, giving the Frogs an immediate measuring-stick game.
The home opener comes three days later against UTSA at Garvey-Rosenthal Soccer Stadium. TCU beat the Roadrunners 1-0 last season in San Antonio, so don’t expect a casual welcome-back night.
Then the temperature rises fast.
The Frogs visit Alabama on Aug. 20 before hosting Georgia on Aug. 27, creating back-to-back SEC tests against NCAA Tournament teams.
That means TCU’s first four games will all come against programs that played in last year’s postseason.
The rivalry stretch may be even spicier. TCU heads to College Station on Sept. 3 to face Texas A&M after beating the Aggies 2-1 last season behind a late AJ Hennessey goal.
Three days later, Texas comes to Fort Worth on Sept. 6 after last year’s wild 3-2 TCU win, sealed late by Morgan Brown’s header.
That’s a nonconference schedule with real teeth.
Big 12 play begins Sept. 17 at Oklahoma State, followed by road matches at Utah and BYU. The Frogs then return home for three straight league games against Cincinnati, UCF and Texas Tech.
The back half of the conference schedule keeps the in-state edge alive with road matches at Baylor and Houston before TCU hosts Kansas, travels to West Virginia and closes the regular season Nov. 5 against Arizona.
The Big 12 Tournament runs Nov. 9-14 with an eight-team, single-elimination format.
TCU has already proven it can chase trophies. This schedule will show whether the Frogs can handle the target on their backs.
