The SEC offensive line rankings start where they usually do with Georgia bullying its way to the front of the room.
In a transfer-portal era where building real offensive line depth feels like trying to win a bar fight with one hand tied, the Bulldogs still look loaded.
Georgia isn’t just bringing back a solid starting five.
It has the kind of trench depth most SEC coaches would steal for. Earnest Greene III anchors left tackle, Juan Gaston is expected to handle right tackle and Drew Bobo returns at center.
Add Dontrell Glover and freshman monster Zykie Helton inside, and the Bulldogs have the conference’s nastiest front on paper.
Texas sits right behind Georgia, and it’s not a courtesy ranking. © Mark J. Rebilas-Imagn Images gives the Longhorns a legitimate NFL-caliber centerpiece, while Melvin Siani brings another high-end tackle option.
Connor Robertson and Brandon Baker are back after finishing strong, and All-American Laurence Seymore adds even more bite. Depth is the concern, but Texas’ starting five can trade punches with anybody.
Tennessee checks in third with a line built for a run-heavy identity. David Sanders Jr. leads the way at right tackle, while LSU transfer Ory Williams is pushing to lock down the left side.
Wendell Moe Jr., Sam Pendleton and Jesse Perry give the Volunteers enough interior toughness to play their brand of football.
Missouri lands fourth behind elite left tackle Cayden Green, who could challenge Goosby as the SEC’s top offensive tackle prospect. Josh Atkins, Tristan Wilson, Dominick Giudice and Curtis Peagler give the Tigers experience and balance.
LSU rounds out the top five after adding Jordan Seaton and Maryland transfer Aliou Bah. With Weston Davis, Braelin Moore and Bo Bordelon also in the mix, the Tigers should be much better up front.
Ole Miss, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Alabama and Texas A&M headline the next tier, but Georgia owns the trenches until somebody proves otherwise.
