Foster is already ranked by 247Sports as the No. 2 safety in the 2028 cycle, the No. 2 safety in Texas and the No. 20 overall player nationally. That kind of profile doesn’t stay quiet for long, and his offer sheet already proves it.
Miami, Notre Dame, Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, LSU, Penn State, Oregon and Arizona are among the programs pushing into the race. In other words, Texas isn’t recruiting against hopefuls. It’s recruiting against heavyweights.
