The NCAA college football calendar is all over the place these days, with multiple signing periods at this point that make it hard to keep track of future talent. The Tulane Green Wave football team is still adding to their younger foundation as the regular signing period kicked off on Feb. 4 for the 2026 class to sign financial aid agreements. That period is specific to each school, as each one sets their final date of the regular signing period. The early signing period is back in December, which is one of the reasons that coaches are poached while teams are still in play. The Green Wave had plenty of recruit sign then – despite not having yet named Will Hall as the next head coach, signaling the strength of their culture.
The team continued to have recruits commit on Wednesday after linebacker Dylan Brasher from Dripping Springs, Tx., announced his intent on Tuesday. The program officially announced that on their social media, along with punter Brooks Moore from Adel, Ga.
Moore was viewed as the top unsigned punter in the 2026 class from the Dec. early signing period. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound punter brings considerable size to the position out of Cook High School. He received a considerable number of offers from Power Four and Group of Five programs, including the Louisville Cardinals, North Carolina State Wolfpack, Georgia Southern, Appalachian State, and Georgia State. He appeared in 11 games for Cook High School in his junior season, punting 32 times for 1,245 yards, averaging 38.9 yards per punt, with 15 inside the 20-yard line and a long of 59 yards. In total, he has a career 71 punts for 2,704 yards, with 30 inside the 20 and a career-long of 62 yards.
In addition, quarterback Holt Teichman from Lutheran South, Tx., announced he was committing via his Instagram. Teichman is a dual threat who led his team to the TAPPS Division II District playoffs in his senior season. He completed 65.9 percent of his passes for 1,694 yards with 17 touchdowns to five interceptions. In addition, he had 73 carries for 310 yards and four rushing touchdowns.
Long snapper Graham Coady also announced his commitment via X, with Tulane assistant general manager Kyle Schexnayder retweeting his post. Graham is highly touted in the long snapper camps, being rated a 4.5 star-snapper by Kohls Kicking and Rubio Long Snapping. He played for the Milton Eagles in Milton, Ga., and has a career 382 total snaps, 258 short snaps, and 124 long snaps. He was named Special Teams player of the game four times. He was part of a Milton High squad that won back-to-back Georgia High School State Championships in 7A & 5A divisions in 2023 and 2024.
As the recruit announcements continue to roll in, the Green Wave continue to stack their talent they will develop as a core trait of the program.
