On Thursday, the UConn Huskies women's basketball program announced that former standout Azzi Fudd will join the exclusive 'Huskies of Honor' on Nov. 8 when the Huskies host Iowa at Gampel Pavilion.

It's another great honor in Storrs for Fudd, who helped lead the Huskies to a national title in 2024-25. An All-American as a senior, she also led the Huskies to a 38-1 record in 2025-26, with the only loss coming in the Final Four.

After her great senior year, she was made the No. 1 pick in the WNBA Draft by the Dallas Wings, becoming the seventh former Huskies player to be the No. 1 pick in the WNBA Draft (Fudd, Paige Bueckers, Sue Bird, Diana Taurasi, Tina Charles, Maya Moore, Breanna Stewart).

The Huskies of Honor gives recognition to those who have helped make the program what it is. So who else is in, on the women's side?
