Twin brothers King and Kaylon Miller are living the dream. The brothers started at USC as walk-ons and are now key pieces to this USC football team.

USC Football’s King Miller and Kaylon Miller are twins who successfully bet on themselves and are now living the dream as players for the 6-2 Trojans.

King and Kaylon are two local guys who fantasized about playing for the USC Trojans.

Coming out of nearby Calabasas High School, the twin brothers were not heavily recruited as three star athletes.

King had offers from Nevada and San Jose State, but that was not what he was looking for. It wasn't until the boys were traveling home from an All-Star practice when they got the call that changed their life.

USC offensive line coach Zach Hanson called and offered the twin brothers a chance to be preferred walk on for the Trojans.

For the Miller brothers it was the opportunity that they were looking for. They accepted the offer in 2024 and enrolled at their school.

The Miller boys are the nephews of legendary rappers Dr.Dre and Warren G. Warren G’s son Olaijah Griffen (the Miller boys cousin), was a standout player for USC from 2018 to 2020.

USC was the school the whole family supported, so accepting coach Hanson's offer was a “no-brainer” as Kaylon later stated in an interview.

In 2025 against the Missouri State Bears, King showed flashes of greatness, scoring on a 75 yard touchdown run showing his speed and quickness.

For Trojan fans who were unfamiliar with the local product this was a great feeling knowing they had this type of talent on the bench.

During the 2025 season King was listed as fourth on the running back depth chart. After a slew of injuries to the running back room, King had a chance to start against the then-No. 15 Michigan Wolverines.

King Miller put the world on notice rushing 18 times for 158 yards against the blue-blood Wolverines.

He then followed that up with 129 yards and a score playing on the road at Nebraska.

Kaylon has also seen success during his time as a Trojan. In 2025 he saw action in ten games.

He also started against the UCLA Bruins, TCU Horned Frogs, and Oregon Ducks. This season he has played in most of USC’s games and has  done so without giving up any sacks or penalties.

Both brothers are now full scholarship players for USC.  They have both been key players for Riley and will be needed as USC is in a must win situation from here on out.

The unranked Trojans are preparing for the No. 2 Ohio State Buckeyes in what is the biggest game of the season. No at-large team has ever gone to the playoffs with three losses. The Trojans have two losses and 3 top ten teams left on it’s schedule going into this game.
