Trent Mosley continues to rack up awards and honors as the freshmen wideout has been named to the Jet Award Watchlist. Mosley now must do his best to help USC beat Ohio State so USC can try to get into the college football playoffs.

Freshman wide receiver for the USC Trojans Trent Mosley has been listed on the Jet Award Midseason Watch List, honoring the top returner in college football.

Mosley has been truly dynamic in USC's return game. He has five punt returns for 158 yards, including a 86 yards return for a touchdown against Louisiana. On the season he is averaging 31.6 yards per return.

Prior to sustaining a knee injury that kept him out for three games, the star player was electric to start the season.

In the first three games of the season Mosley had 13 receptions for 255 yards and four touchdowns. Mosley has established himself as one of the top players not just on the team, but in the country.

He's already been listed as a Midseason Freshman All-American as an all purpose player. He was also the Big Ten Freshman of the Week for his nine catch performance against the Penn State Nittany Lions.

Even after missing three games due to a knee injury, Mosley is second on the team with 27 receptions. His 411 receiving yards also ranks second on the team. USC’s other true freshman standout, Kayden Dixon-Wyatt, leads the team in receptions and receiving yards.

USC and Ohio State kickoff at 730 p.m. ET in the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

This game will have major playoff implications as the prime time game with the whole world watching.

This could also be Riley's last game heading into a bye week if it does not go well for USC.
