The Huskies football team has over 20 commitments with just under half of them being offensive players.
The Washington Huskies football team is still awaiting the decisions of several of their top offensive line targets remaining in the Class of 2027.
The Huskies have a legitimate chance to land their three top remaining offensive line targets: three-star Tye Kennedy and four-stars Gecova Doyal and DaJohn Yarborough.
Kennedy and Doyal will announce their respective commitments July 1 and Yarborough will announce his July 11.
If UW lands commitments from two, or all three, of those players, there's a chance the program's crop of '27 recruits could be ranked back within the top 25. Currently, the Huskies' '27 class is ranked 28th in the country per the 247Sports composite, and provide an overall boost to the offensive players currently committed to the team.
Here's an overview of where Washington's '27 class stands ahead of the pending offensive line commits:
Wide receivers (4)
-- Tre Moore, 6-foot-3, 200 pounds, four-star
Moore is ranked as the 168th best player in the nation, 23rd-best wide receiver and 26th-best player in Texas per the 247Sports player rating. He's currently the highest-ranked player committed to the Huskies per the website.
-- Dontay Tyson Jr., 6-foot-1, 190 pounds, four-star
Tyson committed to Washington out of Peoria High School in Peoria, Wash. He's not nationally ranked, per 247Sports player ranking. He's ranked as the 47th-best wide receiver in the class and the sixth-best player in Arizona.
-- Braylon Pope, 6-foot-3, 195 pounds, three-star
Pope was the earliest commit in the Huskies' '27 class. He's ranked as the best player in the state per the 247Sports composite and the second-best per the website's player rating. He's slotted in as the 56th-best wide receiver in the class. He will miss his senior high school season due to shoulder surgery.
-- Zerek Sidney, 6-foot, 175 pounds, three-star
Sidney is another unranked wide receiver per the 247Sports player rankings. The website has him as the 91st-best wide receiver and 15th-best player in Arizona. He also has a connection built in with the only quarterback currently committed to UW.
Quarterback (1)
-- Blake Roskopf, 6-foot-5, 235 pounds, four-star
The only signal-caller committed to make the trek to the Pacific Northwest is Roskopf, who's ranked as the 245th-best overall player, 14th-best quarterback and fourth-best player in Arizona. He attends high school at Desert Edge in Goodyear, Ariz., and is high school teammates with Sidney.
Running back (1)
-- Jeremy Adeyanju, 6-foot, 215 pounds, three-star
Like Roskopf, Adeyanju is the only player at his position committed to Washington and will likely be the only running back the program secures in the class.
Adeyanju, who attends Sandra Day O'Connor High School in Glendale, Ariz., is unranked per 247Sports player ranking but is ranked as the 48th-best running back in the class and 14th-best player in the state.
Tight end (1)
-- Zach Albright, 6-foot-5, 235-pounds, three-star
Albright is the only in-state offensive commit aside from Pope. He attends Glacier Peak High School in Snohomish, Wash.
Albright is ranked as the 29th-best tight end in the class and fifth-best player in the state.
Interior offensive lineman (1)
-- Reis Russell, 6-foot-3 1/2, 290 pounds, three-star
Russell is currently the lone player on the offensive line to commit to the Huskies, a trend the coaching staff hopes changes with the pending commitments of Doyal, Kennedy and Yarborough.
Despite being a three-star, Russell commanded an impressive offer list, including Georgia. He's ranked as the 63rd-best player at his position in the class and fourth-best player in Colorado, per 247Sports.
Specialists (2)
-- Nolan Balke, punter, 6-foot-2, 205 pounds, three-star
Balke committed to Washington regarded as arguably the best punter in the class, although 247Sports has him just outside that destination. He's ranked as the fourth-best punter in the country and 53rd-best player in Arizona, per the website.
-- Braylon Logan, long snapper, 6-foot-4, 230 pounds, unranked
Adeyanju's teammate at Sandra Day O'Connor could be in charge of handling snaps on field goal duties for the next several seasons. He's unranked by 247Sports due to long-snappers being unranked by the website.
