The Washington Huskies football team is looking to add the final touches to the Class of 2027 recruiting class, and a large crop of the team's next slate of commitments could come from the trenches.

The Huskies remain in the mix for several offensive linemen, including: four-star offensive tackle Rashaun Lavata'i; four-star interior offensive lineman Gecova Doyal; four-star interior offensive lineman Lincoln Mageo; four-star interior offensive lineman DaJohn Yarborough and three-star Tye Kennedy (and son of former UW All-Pro Lincoln Kennedy).

Washington could very well earn several commits from that crop of offensive linemen, and one of the players who is already committed to UW is doing his best to make sure the Huskies get over the finish line in landing them.

Three-star interior offensive lineman Reis Russell, who's the only offensive lineman currently committed to Washington from the Class of '27, made a post on "X" in response to a breakdown from Kevin Cacabelos of SeaTown Sports breaking down UW's standing and pending official visits scheduled with several of the aforementioned offensive linemen.

Yarborough, Doyal, Mageo and Kennedy will all be on campus this weekend, allowing Russell the opportunity to pitch his potential teammates in person.

Despite being a three-star, Russell chose the Huskies over several impressive offers.

Russell also had offers from Georgia, Florida, Miami, Oregon, Penn State, Tennessee and Southern California (USC), among others.

Russell is ranked as the 1,067th-best overall player, 71st-best interior offensive lineman and seventh-best player in Colorado in the '27 class, per the 247Sports composite. He attends Valor Christian High School in Littleton, Colo.

Washington is in good position to land at least a couple commitments from the crop of linemen that will be on campus this weekend.

The Huskies have the second-best odds (27.1%) to land Kennedy according to Rivals.com's prediction model. The Utes have the highest odds at 31%.

Washington has the second-highest odds to land Yarborough (17.7%) according to Rivals. Cal has the highest likelihood to land him at 20.2%.

The Huskies have the second-highest odds (24%) to land Doyal. The interior offensive lineman is a local kid from Puyallup, Wash. UW's arch-rivals, the Oregon Ducks, have the highest odds (43.2%) to earn a commitment, per Rivals.

Michigan looks to be the heavy front-runners to land Mageo according to Rivals' predictions. The Wolverines have a 91.4% to land the interior offensive lineman per the website.

Lavata'i, who was on campus for an official visit Tuesday, seems to be the likeliest commitment for Washington. The Dawgs have a 29.2% chance to earn a commitment, which is the highest odds per Rivals.
