Should we be worried about CMC?

We are still a few weeks away from the regular season, but fans of the 49ers are becoming a bit nervous about the health of their star running back Christian McCaffrey. 

McCaffrey has now missed a full week of practice due to a vague term of “tightness”. This type of caution would typically not be much to worry about, but given all of the injuries that the team has suffered over the past year; it is fair to have legitimate worry.
