Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid has been given a bold prediction for fantasy football this season.
The Buffalo Bills enter 2026 with expectations of having one of the better offenses in the NFL.
With quarterback Josh Allen still under center, the Bills are Super Bowl contenders. But Buffalo has plenty of weapons this year for Allen, unlike in years past.
This should keep the team running all year smoothly, as long as they can stay healthy. Tight end Dalton Kincaid has been making waves entering the season, and he is expected to have a strong year for Buffalo.
The 26-year-old played in 12 games last season (starting four), catching 39 passes for 571 yards and five touchdowns. Kincaid has seen great chemistry with Allen, but injuries have limited him during his career.
The veteran hasn't been able to play a full season since his rookie year, but if he can stay on the field this year, there are high expectations. Kincaid has special talent, and he will be trying to put it all together this season.
Nathan Jahnke of Pro Football Focus has predicted that Kincaid will have a full breakout season in fantasy. Jahnke has the Bills tight end finishing the year as a too-four fantasy tight end.
"When healthy, Kincaid has performed like one of the NFL’s best receiving tight ends. Among tight ends with at least 400 routes run over the past two seasons, his 82.0 PFF receiving grade ranks sixth. His 2.12 yards per route run trails only George Kittle and sits ahead of Trey McBride and Brock Bowers. Kincaid also leads all qualifying tight ends in target rate (24.9%) while ranking second in yards after the catch per reception (6.6)," Jahnke wrote.
Kincaid should remain the preferred option for Allen in the middle of the field, even with the additions made at wide receiver. Allen has been a big fan of dumping the ball off to the tight end during games, and he could target him in the red zone a lot.
This would see the fantasy numbers for Kincaid rise, and anyone who drafts him may be very happy with the results. But health will be key in this decision, and it will ultimately determine how high a ceiling the tight end has this year.
Kincaid made the Pro Bowl a year ago, and he will be trying to build on this heading into the season. His fantasy production could spike this year, with the Bills also trying to go after a title.
