With Josh Allen leading, the Bills confront key questions. See how new faces and returning talent shape their 2026 roster ahead of draft moves.
As offseason work officially gets underway for players, the Buffalo Bills are once again in a spot that feels very familiar. This is still a talented roster with playoff expectations, but there are real questions that need to be answered over the next few months.
With Josh Allen leading the way, the foundation is strong, but what happens around him will go a long way in shaping the team’s ceiling in 2026.
A look at the current depth chart shows a roster that blends proven veterans with younger players trying to carve out bigger roles. There is intrigue at wide receiver with a new number one in DJ Moore and the question regarding Keon Coleman.
Along the defensive front, where the defensive backfield has been retooled, and a new edge rusher in Bradley Chubb has joined the fold, things could get a pleasant boost.
This is just the starting point for Buffalo. The NFL Draft is yet to come, with the team looking for day-one contributors right away. But, for now, the team is underway with the players who are here. But where do they all fit?
While it's tough to know with certainty, we can have a pretty good idea of how the depth chart is looking at this stage of the offseason. Below you'll find the full Bills roster, along with where we think they sit as of now.
