The Bills’ new stadium is almost ready. See the latest photos, features, and key differences from the old Highmark Stadium.

As construction continues on the new Highmark Stadium for the Buffalo Bills, more new looks at the stadium's progress have come out.

On Tuesday, the team invited select members of the Buffalo media out for a new tour of where things stand.

And to say it looks impressive would be an understatement.

According to the team, the stadium is about 93%—very specific—complete. It also remains on schedule, both inside and outside, to be ready for the start of the 2026 NFL season.

As you can see from the various images and videos below, the new Highmark Stadium might have fewer seats than the old building, but that doesn't mean it looks any smaller. Overall, the new building has a larger footprint and has more spacing between the seats.

You'll also notice that there are no bleachers in the new stadium. While the bleachers were a staple of "The Ralph", they were pretty uncomfortable to sit on, making it more like you stood throughout a game than anything else.

For fans, they will remain closer to the field than most stadiums. It provides a more intimate feeling, which fans right over the players for more noise.

Unlike the old building, the new Bills stadium will feature a grass playing surface. However, the sidelines will be turf for less maintenance as players and coaches, along with various equipment, are set up on game day. That said, there is one unique area of the sideline that is geared for kickers and punters.

As WGR 550's Sal Cappacio puts it, "there is a grass patch for the kickers and punters to warm-up on/keep footing consistent while on the sidelines."

Overall, we're looking at a stadium that, while a bit controversial to some fans regarding design and location, is going to be a massive upgrade from what players and fans had at the old Highmark Stadium.

While it's sure to lose some of the charm that made the 53-year-old stadium special to so many, the new Bills stadium will provide one heck of an experience for those who attend a game.
