ESPN’s latest rankings place Buffalo’s starters among the NFL’s elite. Analysts debate if Josh Allen’s stardom and raw potential truly justify a top-five roster projection this season.
An interesting ranking dropped this week that has a lot of Buffalo Bills fans talking.
Ahead of the start of training camps later this month, ESPN dropped its official rankings of every starting lineup in the NFL. And much to my surprise, and the surprise of many, the Bills were ranked fourth in the league.
Of course, the team's biggest strength is Josh Allen. He's one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL and will have the Bills contending as long as he's under center. They also have one of the league's best running backs in James Cook and a pretty impressive offensive line. But outside of that, they are built on potential rather than certainty.
