New coach, new staff, and high Super Bowl odds. Unpack the Buffalo Bills' surprising potential with the latest episode of the Bills Roundtable Podcast.

The Super Bowl is over, and the Seattle Seahawks are the champions of the NFL. That means that every team, including the Buffalo Bills, is now 0-0, and the 2026 offseason is officially underway league-wide.

The Bills are going through one of the most exciting---and nerve-racking---offseasons in nearly a decade with a new head coach in Joe Brady. With a new head coach comes a new coaching staff.

For Buffalo, it includes a mix of NFL veterans and coaches jumping from the college ranks. Several coaches who worked under Sean McDermott were also kept either in their same positions or in a new role.

There was even a surprise hire in John Fox that makes a lot of sense when you think about it.

In addition to the coaching staff, sportsbooks are looking ahead to next season. As part of that, the odds are out for next year's Super Bowl champion. The defending champion Seahawks lead the way, but the Bills are also a surprising favorite.

Sitting at a tie with the third-best odds with Baltimore to win next year, the question needs to be asked: Is Buffalo actually that good?

There are a lot of changes coming to the roster next season that make it tough to really predict whether or not it'll be another strong year for Buffalo. Is Josh Allen really enough to keep the Bills a favorite?

Lastly, there are a lot of big names that could be available via trade or free agency this spring. Does Buffalo have a shot at any of them, such as Maxx Crosby, Mike Evans, A.J. Brown, or even Justin Jefferson?
