The Buffalo Bills are 11-4 and heading back to the NFL playoffs for the seventh straight season. Getting there, however, wasn't easy as they barely snuck by the Cleveland Browns this past week. But at this time of year, it's not about how you win, it's about just getting the win.
In Episode 11 of the Bills Roundtable Podcast, Mike Straw and Anthony Moeglin are back to talk about Buffalo's win over the Browns in Week 16.
Also in this week's episode, we take a look at the Bills' run of consistency over the last seven years as well as the playoff matchups to avoid and want. Plus, is it just time to accept what Buffalo is in terms of the defensive performance and lack of receiver production and what's on our Christmas wish list for the Bills?

The Bills wrap up the regular season with two games at home. The first of which takes place this weekend in a nationally broadcasted matchup between the Bills and Philadelphia Eagles.
The last time these two teams met was in 2023 where the Bills lost 37-34 in overtime on the road. In that game, Buffalo had a 10-point lead in the second half against the 9-1 Eagles but failed to hang on despite putting up 505 yards of offense.
This time around, the game is in Orchard Park where the Bills are playing to keep their AFC East hopes alive. Buffalo needs to win out and have the Patriots lose one more game to win the division for the sixth year in a row. But it's not just about the division, winning their remaining two games would see the Bills be no worse than the fifth seed, meaning they'd likely be going to the winner of the AFC North while also having the best chance among the wild card teams to host a playoff game.
The key thing to watch this week will be the status of Josh Allen's foot injury. Though he says he's good to go for this weekend, it seemed evident on the field that he was having some discomfort. As a quarterback that relies on his legs quite often, any sort of limited mobility for the reigning MVP could cause problems for the Bills offense.
The Bills and Eagles are scheduled to kickoff at 4:25pm on Fox. As of writing, the Bills are 1.5-point favorites.
