Jeremiah Smith should be the main goal

It is tough to admit it, but the Chargers are likely out of playoff contention just six weeks into the NFL season. This is a statement that would have sounded crazy heading into week one.

There aren’t many positives for the rest of the season, but one potential light at the end of the tunnel could be college superstar Jeremiah Smith.

The league hasn’t seen an offensive prospect like Smith in quite some time. With the Chargers currently slated for the number one pick in the draft, the goal at this point should be to secure the potential superstar for Justin Herbert.
