INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Colts (2-3) and Tennessee Titans (0-5) are nearly set at Lucas Oil Stadium for Sunday afternoon's AFC South battle.
Both sides enter Sunday in fairly decent shape, injury-wise, with the Colts having three players remaining on the injury report and the Titans four.
Colts tight end Tyler Warren (groin) was injured in Friday's practice and listed as questionable. He;s inactive. Starting WILL linebacker Jaylon Carlies (ribs) and wide receiver Ashton Dulin (hamstring) were both ruled out on Friday. Tight end Will Mallory (thumb) was activated from Injured Reserve on Saturday, and his questionable designation was removed. He's active.
The Titans listed starting defensive tackle Jordan Elliott (personal) and starting free safety Kevin Winston (quad) as out on Friday. Running back Tyjae Spears and cornerback Joshua Williams (pec) were both questionable.
Here is a list of both team's inactive players:
COLTS
- LB Jaylon Carlies (ribs)
- WR Ashton Dulin (hamstring)
- QB Riley Leonard (emergency QB3)
- IOL Dalton Tucker
- TE Tyler Warren (groin)
In Warren's absence, the Colts have Mo Alie-Cox, Drew Ogletree, Will Mallory, and Pharaoh Brown active.
This is Carlies' second consecutive game out with the rib injury. Last week, he was initially replaced in the starting lineup by Bryce Boettcher. However, after a poor play that led to a long touchdown, Austin Ajiake and CJ Allen absorbed Boettcher's snaps.
Dulin has now missed four of six games with ankle and hamstring injuries. At receiver, Laquon Treadwell and Deion Burks have seen more action in Dulin's absence. Anthony Gould has joined Seth McGowan in the kickoff return game.
Leonard and Tucker are healthy scratches.
TITANS
- OT Brandon Crenshaw-Dickson
- DT Jordan Elliott (personal)
- TE Kylen Granson
- DT Jackie Marshall
- RB Nick Singleton
- CB Alontae Taylor
- S Kevin Winston Jr. (quad)
Taylor, Elliott, and Winston are all starting members of the Titans' defense, so their absence is notable. Winston is missing his second consecutive game. Taylor's status is a coach's decision, per Turron Davenport of ESPN.
