The Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans enter Sunday's contest at Lucas Oil Stadium with some notable injury designations.
The Colts ruled starting linebacker Jaylon Carlies (ribs) and key wide receiver/special-teamer Ashton Dulin (hamstring) out, while tight ends Will Mallory (IR-thumb) and Tyler Warren (groin) are questionable. Warren is the team's leader in targets, receptions, and receiving touchdowns.
The Titans ruled out defensive tackle Jordan Elliott (personal) and safety Kevin Winston (quadricep), while marking running back Tyjae Spears (knee) and cornerback Joshua Williams (pectoral) questionable.
Here is how both teams' health is shaping up ahead of Sunday's matchup.

Warren's injury occurred late in the media-viewing portion of practice while doing routes on air, with tight ends coach Tom Manning "guarding" him. It's unclear what happened, but Warren wasn't immediately attended to by trainers, although he did leave the drill. If he cannot play, the Colts can turn to Mo Alie-Cox, Drew Ogletree, and Pharaoh Brown. Mallory could also be activated from IR prior to gametime.
This will be the second consecutive game Carlies misses with his injury. Last week, he was replaced by Bryce Boettcher and Austin Ajiake, and Akeem Davis-Gaither also played in Carlies' WILL spot when CJ Allen came in. The team also signed Germaine Pratt to the practice squad this week.
Dulin has played just twice this season and has been replaced primarily on offense by Laquon Treadwell. In the kickoff return game, Seth McGowan and Anthony Gould will likely continue handling those duties.
