The Indianapolis Colts made several practice squad moves, including adding former All-Pro special teamer George Odum and veteran defensive tackle Chris Wormley to the group.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — The Indianapolis Colts sensed an opportunity to fortify their practice squad with some veteran dependability, adding safety George Odum and defensive tackle Chris Wormley to the group, along with defensive end Viliami Fehoko Jr. and wide receiver Eli Pancol.

To make room for these additions, the Colts released defensive end Tanoh Kpassagnon, tight end Maximilian Mang, and cornerback Troy Pride Jr. from the practice squad.

Odum (6'1", 202, 32 years old) now enters his second stint with the Colts after signing with them initially as an undrafted free agent in 2018. He carved out a role as an elite special-teamer with the Colts, earning First-Team All-Pro honors in 2020. Odum then signed a three-year contract with the San Francisco 49ers in 2022, playing through 2024. He earned Second-Team All-Pro with the 49ers in 2022.

In 105 career games (12 starts), Odum has 200 tackles (one for loss), including 60 special teams stops. He also has two quarterback hits, four forced fumbles, two fumbles recovered, three interceptions, and nine pass breakups.

The Colts worked out Wormley among a group of fellow defensive linemen last Tuesday, November 11, before officially bringing him on this week. A former third-round pick by the Baltimore Ravens in 2017, Wormley (6'5", 300, 32 years old) has also spent time with the Pittsburgh Steelers (2020-22), Carolina Panthers (2023), and again with the Ravens (2024). In 87 career games (31 starts), he has 150 tackles (14 for loss), 11.0 sacks, 23 QB hits, 2 forced fumbles, 1 fumble recovered, and 10 pass breakups.

Fehoko (6'4", 267, 25) was a fourth-round pick by the Dallas Cowboys in 2023 before moving on to the Washington Commanders (2024-25). He has struggled with injuries and has yet to make his NFL debut.

The Colts have been shorthanded on the defensive line recently. Two of the Colts' defensive ends, Samson Ebukam (knee) and Tyquan Lewis (groin), have missed each of the last three games, while defensive tackle DeForest Buckner (neck) was just placed on Injured Reserve last week and cannot return until Week 15, at the earliest.

Pancol (6'3", 205, 25) is an Indiana native from Pendleton Heights High School. He signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted rookie this offseason out of Duke. He was let go during preseason cuts and even had a workout with the Colts back on September 30 before finally landing with the team now.

The Colts travel to Kansas City this Sunday to take on the Chiefs at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. The game can be viewed on CBS at 1:00 p.m. ET.
